After hours:
We offer extended availability on weekdays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that after-hours telehealth appointments are not guaranteed and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis - depending on provider availability. 

 

To request an after-hours telehealth appointment, click the "Telehealth" button. Please log in with your phone number so we can contact you. If a provider is available, they will join within 10 minutes. If there is no response, this means no appointments are currently available. In that case, please call the clinic at (801) 419-2238 and leave a message to schedule an after-hours appointment.
